Coronavirus Update: 26th March 2023
Like many of you, we have been working from individual home locations since the beginning of March 2023. Customers and Applicants should experience little difference to our services, but we thank you for your patience if you should experience any delays when contacting us.
The shape of your upcoming recruiting needs may not yet be fully understood. Schools have partially closed, but recruitment continues. Care providers may require additional staff and volunteers, although many volunteers have been called up to help the NHS directly. Hospitality has suffered significant job losses despite the Government’s Job Retention Scheme.

Note for employers: Job application numbers appear erratic as applicant behaviour changes. Over the past week or two we have seen spikes for administration roles and a softening of application numbers for some care roles. Apprenticeship applications have remained steady.
